The only additional expense you will incur is the agreed upon reimbursement for the mystery diner or mystery shopper, which covers their refund for food and beverage purchases up to the agreed amount.
Example 1: Jack, a Tippster, visits your restaurant with friends. You have set a maximum reimbursement of £18 for his mission. After having a good time, he spends £40. You will only need to reimburse him £18.
Example 2: Jill, another Tippster, visits your sandwich shop. You have set a maximum reimbursement of £12. She only spends £8. You will only need to reimburse her £8.
Guaranteed fulfilment rate for the premium plan is a guaranteed minimum amount of missions completed per month to be agreed on with your account manager.
Reminder: The money spent by Tippsters is money going through your till, so this in theory it is not a full cost to you.
For optimal coverage of your menu and increased mission fulfilment rate, we suggest being generous with the minimum reimbursement of your average cost per head or product. It's common for Tippster diners to exceed this amount, often covering the actual cost of the mission to you.
